Abstract

Alterations brought to environment by man, voluntarily or involuntarily, have fired a warning signal, received by all humanity, interested, not only for her distant future but also for the immediate aspects damaging of the destruction more or less, of elements that conserve life on Earth. It is beyond of any discussion, that among the factors that are essential in maintaining the balance of nature, the forest was and is an primordial element. The existence or the absence of forest, its quality, its spreading on a certain territory, represents already beyond the value of its products, an primordial ecological environmental element. Therefore, consistently, in Romania, the legal regulation of land covered by forestry vegetation has been a constant concern.
