L'Exercice Des Droits Fondamentaux Aux Temps De La Pandémie

Abstract

Les droits fondamentaux représentent une partie importante du corps d’une constitution moderne, leur proclamation étant accompagnée des dispositions destinées à assurer la protection effective et efficace de ceux-ci. L’importance particulière de ces droits résulte, d’une part, du fait qu’ils concernent des valeurs sociales, politiques et économiques considérées, à un moment donné, comme fondamental pour une société, et d’autre part, du fait qu’ils sont garantis et protégés non seulement dans les relations entre les membres de la société ou dans les relations entre ceux-ci et les autorités administratives, comme tout droit subjectif, mais aussi par rapport à l’autorité législative, par l’intervention du juge constitutionnel.
