Abstract

Dans cet article l’auteur présente l’histoire de la Charte Africaine, les normes juridiques relatives, son rôle, les objectifs et les principes. Le sujet a été choisi pour comprendre la différence entre le droit applicable en Afrique et celui en Europe, et voir s’il y a une liaison entre ces aspects et la vague d’immigration qui a touché l’Europe les dernières années. La plupart des immigrées en Europe vient de l’Afrique, mais les conditions de départ et de séjour ont changé au cours des années, la procédure étant de plus en plus difficile pour eux, alors que les autorités compétentes cherchent a rendre plus facile la situation pour les européens.
