Abstract

In this article we will submit to a research the evolution of abortion liberalization as a tool for the protection of human rights and the evolution of the criminalization of the offence of illegal abortion in the Republic of Moldova. The History is perhaps the only one way we have at our fingertips to truly verify the course of the crime and the criminalization of the offense of illegal abortion in the Republic of Moldova. Immoral, from the point of view of the church, illegitimate by the laws of some states, the right of abortion had a sinuous evolution, permanently controversial throughout history. Regarding the history of the concepts of abortion, we think it's extremely important. So, we think it's essential to look at how people have seen abortion over time. In addition, throughout history, as we will see, abstaining abnormal attitudes have been adopted from the legislative point of view.
