Реформата В Болничната Дейност В България - Модели За Финансиране И Експертна Оценка На Състоянието

Abstract

Настоящото изследване акцентира върху спецификата на съществуващите в световната практика модели за финансиране на здравеопазването. Направен е кратък преглед на спецификата на здравната система в България. На основата на анкетно проучване относно необходимостта от здравна реформа в болничната дейност са очертани тесните места при финансиране на здравните услуги на населението. Изведени са основните проблеми, резултат от перманентния недостиг на финансови ресурси и детерминирани от методите на финансиране, даващи предимство на количеството, а не на качеството, на предоставяните здравни услуги. Оценена е и степента на ефективност на клиничните пътеки като метод за разплащане в болничната дейност.
