Използване На Дигитални Услуги От Населението В България: Основни Предпоставки, Тенденции И Регионални Измерения

Abstract

Дигитализацията на административните процеси и предоставянето на електронни услуги в България предизвика безспорно повишаване на административния капацитет не само на централни, но и на местните органи на властта. Същевременно различията в нивата на дигитални знания, умения и компетенции между българските региони предизвика определен дисбаланс в предлагането на дигитални услуги. Статията има за цел да представи някои основни тенденции в динамиката на избрани индикатори, отразяващи развитието на дигитализацията в публичния сектор. Специфичен фокус е поставен върху регионалните измерения на тези процеси, доколкото местните власти са изправени пред много по-високи предизвикателства в тази насока в сравнение с централните държавни органи.
