Проблеми Пред Сближаването На Плановите Райони В България

Abstract

В настоящата статия е направен анализ на постиженията и проблемите, пред които са изправени шестте планови района у нас, свързани с целите им за намаляване на регионалните различия. Това е постигнато посредством анализ на ключови индикатори, които служат за измерване на кохезията във всеки един от трите й аспекта. По този начин ще бъде установено дали проведената у нас Кохезионна политика на ЕС през първата за страната ни (МФР) 2007–2013 г. и през втората (МФР) 2014–2020г. оказват ефект и в какъв е този ефект – на намаляване или на задълбочаване на регионалните различия. За целите на изследването, като инструменти за количествен анализ на данните, са използвани средното абсолютно отклонение (MAD) и коефициентът на вариация (CV). Резултатите от проведеното изследване потвърждават тезата на учени и автори, работещи в областта, че съществен напредък по намаляването на различията между регионите у нас няма.
