Финансиране На Българското Пчеларство

Abstract

Целта на изследването e установяване размерите на финансиране в българското пчеларство и техните тенденции. Реализирането на целта е осъществено чрез анализ на тенденциите и основните източници на финансови средства. Анализирано е финансовото подпомагане с европейски и държавни средства (Национална програма по пчеларство, схема de minimis, Програма за развитие на селските райони) за над 18 млн. лв. год., а от търговски банки и собствени източници за над 3 млн. лв. год. Съвместно те формират финансови пазари за над 21 млн. лв. год. в българското пчеларство. Предназначените за българското пчеларство европейски и държавни финансови средства от членството на страната в ЕС нарастват абсолютно, но намаляват относително спрямо общите средства. Българското пчеларство е получило достъп до допълнителни финансови средства, но не и пропорционално финансиране спрямо други сектори. Необходимо е допълнително финансово подпомагане на кошер за екосистемната услуга опрашване с цел осигуряване на биоразнообразие и продоволствена сигурност в ЕС. Финансирането на българското пчеларство ще продължи да нараства устойчиво.
