Оценка На Фискалната Позиция На Страните От Балканския Регион

Abstract

Настоящото изследване се фокусира върху оценката на основни бюджетни и социално-икономически индикатори, чрез които в най-пълна степен да се представят резултатите от избрания модел на управление на публичните финанси в рамките на Балканския регион. Посредством тези индикатори изследването дава възможност да се определи фискалната позиция във всяка една балканска страна преди, по време и след глобалната икономическа криза. Резултатите от проведения анализ показват значителна степен на сходство в предприетите дискреционни мерки, но същевременно и някои по-отчетливи отклонения спрямо общото развитие на Балканите.
