Abstract

Публикацията отразява акцентите при дефиниране на хипотезата за оптимизацията на пожарната безопасност в България чрез интернет технологии като възможна и адекватна стратегия за успешно развитие на органите за пожарна безопасност и защитата на населението. Темата е своеобразна визия за организационна промяна ‒ от консервативно поведение към електронно управление.
