Развитие На Човешкия Капитал – Икономически Ефекти И Пазарни Аспекти

Abstract

В основата на модерното познание за растежа, заетостта и общественото развитие е човешкият капитал. От гледна точка на съвременното държавно устройство се отчита разходване на мащабни публични ресурси, осигуряващи както формиране на националния човешки капитал чрез системата на правителствено финансираното образование, така и дългосрочно запазване на неговата генерирана стойност чрез системата на здравеопазването и социалното подпомагане. Погледнато през призмата на теорията за обществения избор, икономиката и пазара на труда, развитието на човешкия капитал логично се определя като задача с първостепенна важност във всяка модерна политическа доктрина за обществено развитие. Целта на разработката е да систематизира и критично обследва проблемната база на процеса на развитие на човешкия капитал от гледна точка на икономическия растеж и пазара на труда.
