Знанието Като Икономически Ресурс И Благо

Abstract

Превръщането на знанието в основен фактор на производството и основен негов продукт в основаната на знанието икономика, поражда потребност от изясняване неговата същност като икономическа категория. В статията се разглежда амбивалентният характер на съществуване на знанието като публично и частно благо; възможностите за трансформирането му от частно в публично благо чрез „преливане”; плюсовете и минусите на възможните пътища за развитие на изследователската и развойната дейност. Специално място е отредено на особеностите на знанието като икономическа категория: специфичен начин на отчуждаване, запазване на полезността и самонарастване в процеса на потребление, промени в характера и механизма на натрупване и на отношенията на собственост в обществото на знанието, неотделимост от притежателя като персонализирано благо. В съдържателно отношение статията допълва и доразвива изложените от автора идеи, разкрити в пленарния доклад на тема „Знанието като икономическа категория“ по повод седемдесет и пет годишнината на СА „Д.А. Ценов” - Свищов.
