Abstract

Инвестиционната активност на малките и средни предприятия (МСП) е основен приоритет на всяко правителство в България. Настъпващата рецесия подлага на изпитание дейността на всички икономически агенти и за целта преференциалното финансово стимулиране на държавата чрез Българска банка за развитие (ББР) ще насърчи тяхната предприемчивост и инвестиционна дейност, които са пряко свързани с повишаването на квалификацията на мениджмънта и възможност за занижаване на инвестиционния риск. Това ще осигури подобряване на финансовата стабилност на икономиката в условията на динамично променяща се конкурентна пазарна среда.
