Abstract

Обект на изследване е функционирането на осигурителния пазар в България, а предмет – инвестиционният процес при управление на средствата на фондовете за допълнително пенсионно осигуряване. В изложението са проучени съществуващите взаимозависимости между пазарното предлагане на осигурителна защита и инвестиционната компонента в процеса на управление на формираните натрупвания; очертана е регулаторната рамка и са представени основните параметри на инвестиционния процес при управление на средствата на фондовете за допълнително пенсионно осигуряване в България; изследвана е структурата на инвестиционния портфейл при управление на средствата на фондовете за допълнително пенсионно осигуряване в България. Поставен е въпросът за търсенето на разумен компромис между рисковете и ползите от евентуално либерализиране на инвестиционния процес при управление на средствата на фондовете за допълнително задължително пенсионно осигуряване в контекста на очертаващата се конкуренция с набиращия популярност и разпространение паневропейски персонален пенсионен продукт.
