Бизнес Модел На Платформите За Директно Кредитиране

Abstract

В настоящото проучване разглеждаме пазарните платформи за директно кредитиране между участниците (peer-to-peer) като алтернатива на традиционния банков заем и в този контекст се стремим да идентифицираме основните им същностни характеристики, прилики със и отлики от традиционните канали, предимства и недостатъци, проблеми и възможности, както и бъдещи тенденции в неговото развитие. Според нас peer-to-peer платформите предоставят валидна алтернатива на финансиране, но не вместо, а допълваща традиционния банков модел.
