Анализ И Оценка На Политиката Към Преките Чуждестранни Инвестиции В България В Периода 1990-2018 Г

Abstract

Преките чуждестранни инвестиции (ПЧИ) се възприемат като важен фактор за икономическото развитие в България още в началото на прехода към пазарна икономика, което предопределя установяването на либерален режим спрямо чуждите инвеститори. Същевременно обаче, натрупаният внушителен обем ПЧИ в периода на растеж преди глобалната криза се отличава с неблагоприятна отраслова и регионална структура и в комбинация с последвалия спад и ниски нива на ПЧИ в следкризисния период загатва за известни слабости в политиката в тази област. С оглед актуалността на проблема, в статията се прави опит за анализ и оценка на политиката спрямо ПЧИ в България. За тази цел първо са разгледани някои ключови особености на вноса на ПЧИ, на второ място са проследени промените в законодателството в тази област и накрая са изведени критични аргументи и препоръки.
