Управлението На Деловия Туризъм Като Предпоставка За Устойчив Растеж

Abstract

Настоящото изследване цели проучване и анализ на възможностите за разнообразяване на предлагането на туристическите агенции чрез създаване на специализирани продукти като фактор за постигане на икономическа ефективност върху цялостната дейност на предприятието. Прилагането на управленски стратегии за устойчив растеж са опорните точки за развитие на конкурентно предимство, както на туристическите райони, така и на фирмите в условията на хомогенност на пазара. Конкретно приложение на начините за преодоляване на еднородността в предлагането е намерено в специализирането на туристическите фирми към създаване на програми, свързани с деловия туризъм и неговите съставни елементи, неразделна част от динамичното развитие на националната и международна икономика.
