Abstract

В статье рассматривается инновационная активность малых и средних предприятий и их роль в экономике Латвии. Несмотря на экономический рост, который наблюдается в национальной экономике в течении последних лет, инновационная активность большинства предприятий остается достаточно низкой.Трансформация латвийской экономики в контексте модернизации предполагает повышение ее конкурентоспособности на европейском и мировом рынках, а значит ведет к увеличению роли МСП.
