Позитивни Въздействия На Внедрените Системи За Управление На Качеството Върху Дейността На Българските Производители На Мебели

Abstract

Действащите системи за управление на качеството (СУК) безспорно са в състояние да доведат до редица позитиви в организациите, предприели стъпка за тяхното внедряване. Те могат да допринесат за повишаване на имиджа на предприятията пред клиенти и други заинтересовани страни, да съдействат за снижаването на разходите за вътрешни и външни несъответствия, да оптимизират осъществяваните в организацията процеси и до още множество други положителни въздействия. Статията представя резултатите от проучване, извършено сред българските мебелни предприятия през периода 2015-2016 г., имащо за цел да установи какви ползи са реализирали благодарение на функциониращите в тяхната среда системи за управление на качеството.
