Концептуални Аспекти На Социалния Дигитален Университет

Abstract

Развитието на информационните технологии, в пряка зависимост от разрастването на технологиите и средите за социално общуване, съвместното използване на ресурси и управлението на отношенията между обектите и субектите на тези процеси, вкл. в университетските образователни системи, изисква усъвършенстването им в посока триединството „социална мрежа – управление на съдържание – управление на клиентска удовлетвореност“. Съществуват технологии, процедури и специализирани инструменти, чрез които съвременните комплексни среди за управление на съдържание да автоматизират процесите в целия жизнен цикъл на образователната дейност. Сложните и многообразни процеси, протичащи между обектите и субектите на колаборативно функциониране, изграждат възлите и отношенията в един хетерогенен, многомерен, оптимално управляем социален граф.
