Практико - Приложен Модел За Признаване На Загуби От Обезценки За Експозиции В Неизпълнение В Търговските Банки

Abstract

В българската банкова система съществува практика за определяне на загуби от обезценки, изцяло изградена на концепциите на отменената през месец април 2014 г. Наредба № 9 на БНБ. След нейната отмяна всяка банкова кредитна институция трябва да пристъпи към установяване на нова политика за признаване и оценяване на рисковите си експозиции и на тази база да предприеме действия за определяне степента на обезцененост за кредитен риск. Във връзка с това, параметърът „експозиция в неизпълнение“ може да бъде използван за целите на вътрешната система на банките за признаване и оценяване на рисковите експозиции при вземането на решение за признаване на обезценки за кредитен риск.
