Явлението “Пране На Пари” Като Заплаха За Стабилността На Националните Икономики

Abstract

В настоящата публикация се изследват същността, комплексният характер и специфичните особености на понятието “пране на пари” като дейност по легализиране на незаконно придобити финансови средства и представянето им като получени от законна икономическа дейност. Изяснени са етапите, през които преминава процесът по изпиране на “мръсните” пари (пласмент, напластяване, интегриране) чрез използване на многобройни и твърде различни по вид и сложност операции и схеми. Изведени са негативните последици и ефекти от интегрирането на престъпно придобитите печалби във финансовата система и тяхното въздействие върху икономическия, политическия и социалния живот на страната.
