Мотивация За Развитие И Ефекти От Дейността На Биологично Стопанство

Abstract

Развитието на биологичното производство в PБългария е един от приоритетите на Министерството на земеделието и храните, което работи в посока запазване тенденцията на увеличаване броя на биологичните оператори и размера на площите, както и нарастване на видовото разнообразие на отглежданите по биологичен начин култури и селскостопански животни. През последните години все повече се популяризират ползите от биологично произведените храни и продукти за човешкото здраве, както и биологичния метод на производство, като щадящ околната среда и запазващ природните ресурси. За това допринася и факта, че въпросите за здравословно хранене и устойчиво използване на природните ресурси занимава все по-големи групи и общности от хора, както в Европейския съюз, така и у нас. На тази основа все повече изпъква необходимостта от високо мотивирани стопани и получаването на добри икономически резултати от въвеждането на биологичния подход в дейността на съвременните екологосъобразни земеделски стопанства.
