Abstract

В настоящата статия вниманието е концентрирано върху някои от важните планови аспекти, съпътстващи формулирането на иновационната стратегия на бизнеса. Акцентира се на процедурните моменти при извършването на технологичния одит във фирмите от козметично-парфюмерийното производство. Изведени са възможните параметри за реализирането на техния иновационен потенциал. The article focuses on some important planning aspects of the development of business innovation strategies. An emphasis is put on procedural specifics of the technological audit of companies in the cosmetics sector. The possible parameters for utilization of their innovative potential have been outlined.
