Тенденции При Управлението На Проектен Портфейл

Abstract

Статията е посветена на някои аспекти от дейността на системата за проектно управление в проектно-ориентираните организации, тъй като в България все повече се проявява засилен интерес от организациите към използване на проектно управление. Основният мотив за това вероятно е осъзнатата необходимост от организациите да усъвършенстват управленските си процеси. Целта на статията е, да се откроят някои от предимствата на Офисът по проектно управление (ОПУ), като елемент на системата за проектно управление, а също така и неговата роля при управлението на проектен портфейл в проектно-ориентираните организации.
