Abstract

Изследването е фокусирано върху актуалните аспекти на внедряването на модерни дигитални инструменти за разрешаване на планови задачи и изпълнение на цели. Анализът е върху възможностите на интегрираните системи за планиране на ресурсите (ERP), както и върху необходимите компетенции за работа с тях. Изключително внимание се отделя на т.нар. Business Intelligence (BI) компетенции. В заключителната част на статията се оценяват и възможностите на конкретни BI инструменти за решаване на различни управленски задачи и успешно реализиране на стратегическите цели.
