Abstract

Разработката представя общи сценарии за бъдещото развитие на търговските отношения между ЕС и Русия, които условно са обозначени като „стагнационен“, „оптимистичен“ и „песимистичен“. Като ключов индикатор за разграничаването на тези сценарии се използва динамиката на санкционния режим. Първият сценарий, наречен „стагнационен“, свързваме с очакванията за сериозно забавяне на икономическия растеж на ЕС и Русия. Вторият, определен като „оптимистичен“, се базира на очакванията за поетапно възстановяване и развитие на търговските отношения между двете страни в дългосрочен времеви диапазон. Третият сценарий е определен като „песимистичен“ предвид консолидираното затягане на антируските санкции в рамките на трансатлантическия алианс и разширяването на контрамерките на Русия.
