Етапи В Развитието На Търговските Отношения Между Европейския Съюз И Русия

Abstract

Настоящата разработка проследява четири основни етапа в развитието на търговските отношения между Европейския съюз и Русия, които обхващат времевия хоризонт между 1992 г. и 2020 г. Тези етапи са условни и следват аналогията на основните етапи на жизнения цикъл (установяване, растеж и зрялост на отношенията), но във връзка с взаимните ограничителни мерки, представляващи особен интерес в контекста на проблематиката на разработката, отделно се разглежда съвременният етап, условно наречен, период на предизвикателства. Актуалността на темата и значимостта на разглеждания проблем са свързани, от една страна, със стратегическата значимост на търговските отношения между Европейския съюз и Русия и интензивността на търговските, инвестиционните и финансовите потоци, които мигрират между тях, а от друга страна с необходимостта от ревизия на тези отношения в контекста на съвременната икономическа и политическа среда.
