Изследване Ситуационното Поведение На Човешкия Фактор В Организацията

Abstract

Индивидуалното поведение на човешкия фактор в ситуация е функция на характеристиките на личността, организацията и особеностите на ситуацията. От значение за организациите е, диагностиката на тези параметри да се осъществява бързо и достоверно. След изследване на редица феномени, описващи поведението на човек в ситуация, се откроиха два – локализация на контрола и привързаността на индивида към организацията, даващи възможност на мениджърите сами да отчитат организационната среда и да прогнозират вероятностното поведение. При измерване на двата конструкта във фирми от сектор „Корабостроене и кораборемонт“ във Варненска област се потвърди, че имат добър прогностичен характер за ситуационното поведение на човешкия фактор в организацията.
