Състояние И Насоки За Развитие На Административното Обслужване В Общините

Abstract

Настоящата статия е посветена на проблемите на административното обслужване и работните процеси в общините. Това е тематика, която постоянно поражда дискусионни въпроси относно нивото на предоставяните от местната власт услуги и възможностите за подобряване на тези процеси. Научното изследване се фокусира основно върху работните процеси в местната администрация и връзката им с предоставяните административни услуги, като има за цел да изведе основните предизвикателства пред общините и на тази основа да се предложат възможности за подобрения. За тази цел е разработена анкетна карта за интернет проучване от 12 въпроса, която е разпространена до всички 265 респондента. Направените анализи се базират на официално получени дан-ни от 60 общини на територията на Република България. В резултат от изследването са формулирани изводи в посока търсенето на възможности за разширяване на политиките по постоянен анализ и моделиране на работните процеси, актуализиране на предоставяните административни услуги и подобряване на обслужването като основа за достигането на изцяло електронна и свързана администрация.
