Abstract

Разработката е свързана с моралните вреди, които настъпват при пътнотранспортни произшествия (ПТП) и са свързани със застраховката „Гражданска отговорност“ на автомобилистите. Изясняват се същността на моралните вреди и тяхното влияние върху дейността на застрахователните дружества. Специално внимание се отделя на основните причини за възникване на моралните вреди. Отделено е място на основните етапи при оценка размера на моралните вреди. Дават се и препоръки за подобряване на дейността. Основната идея на авторите е, че е необходимо разработване на Наредба за оценка на моралните вреди. Показва се и методологията за определяне на лимитите на застрахователна отговорност.
