Abstract

: Настоящата статия представя особеностите на някои поведенчески аспекти при управление на организацията, като предлага по-различно тяхно тълкуване, насочвайки вниманието върху рационалното поведение. Смятаме, че то е важен фактор и движеща сила за по-ефективно общуване и по-успешен управленски процес.
