Проектното Управление При Изграждането На Нови Ядрени Мощности – Особености И Предизвикателства

Abstract

В настоящото изследване са представени основните теоретични постановки на управлението на проекти в индустрията, и вчастност – проектното управление в ядрената енергетика. Чрез проучване на основни документи като международните ISO стандарти за управление на проекти в индустрията и специфичните за сектора на ядрената енергетика Ръководства за управление при изграждането на нови ядрени мощности и съответните лицензионни рамки, са идентифицирани предизвикателствата пред осъществяването на проектите в сектора. Въз основа на това са изведени конкретни препоръки както на макро-, така и на микроравнище, които могат да подобрят цялостния процес по управление на проектите в ядрената енергетика.
