Източници И Модели За Финансиране На Здравеопазването – Специфика И Ефективност При Предоставяне На Здравни Услуги

Abstract

Здравеопазването е високохуманна дейност, изискваща огромен финансов ресурс. То е грижа на държавата, организациите и на всеки един от нас. Управлението на приходите и разходите за лечение са предизвикателство пред всяка една държава по света. Най-развитите страни също са в процес на дългогодишни реформи. Гаранция за предоставяне на качествени и достъпни здравни услуги могат да бъдат адекватни избори на модели, източници на финансиране и спецификата им за този вид дейност. За да се постигнат тези резултати, е необходим анализ на предимствата и недостатъците на всички възможни източници на финансиране и правилното им разпределение по сектори, както и контролът над изразходването на средства. Целта на изследването е анализ на същността, предимствата и недостатъците на основните източници на финансиране и очертаване спецификата на основните модели за финансиране на здравеопазването.
