Инвестиции На Застрахователните Компании В Български Ипотечни Облигации ‒ Предизвикателства И Рискове

Abstract

В европейската директива Платежоспособност II централно място заема защитата на потребителите на застрахователни продукти, управлението на инвестиционния риск и платежоспособността на застрахователните компании, за да имат финансова устойчивост и възможност да се справят с непредвидени шокове на застрахователния пазар. Това определя като обект на изследване в разработката – българските застрахователни компании, а предмет на изследване са предизвикателствата и рисковете при инвестирането в различни финансови активи, каквито са и българските ипотечни облигации. Положителните резултати от въвеждането на новата регулаторна рамка за европейския застрахователен пазар ще зависят от ефективното използване механизмите на външния и вътрешния одит, като постави за приоритет пред финансовия надзор в България контролът върху структурата на инвестициите и сферите на инвестиране на застрахователните дружества.
