Анализ На Резултатите От Реализирани Програми И Проекти За Намаляване На Бедността И Социално Включване В Северозападния Район На Планиране

Abstract

Последните години един от най-сериозните източници на финансиране в Северозападния район на планиране (СЗРП) в борбата с бедността и социалното включване са европейските фондове. Постигнатият икономически напредък на СЗРП през анализирания период е силно ограничен, въпреки сериозния обем финансови европейски средства, които бяха инвестирани. От всички финансирани проекти в СЗРП през предходния референтен период 7,9% са пряко относими към борба с бедността, а 25,8% към проблематиката, свързана със социалното включване. Бедността в СЗРП е разгледана и през призмата на т.нар. Глобални цели за развитие, постановени от Организацията на обединените нациите (ООН) и по-конкретно Цел 1. Изкореняване на бедността повсеместно и във всички нейни форми.
