Приложение На Извадковия Подход При Одита Върху Обществените Поръчки

Abstract

Настоящата разработка има за цел да анализира извадковия подход при одита върху обществените поръчки, използван от Сметната палата на Република България. Контролните органи определят обществените поръчки, които да бъдат одитирани, чрез прилагането му. Извадките оказват влияние върху броя на обществени поръчки, които да се одитират, като се цели изразяването на обективно мнение и адекватно заключение, отнасящо се за всички процедури, които са проведени от възложителя. За целта в разработката са характеризирани статистическите и нестатистическите извадки и са разгледани критериите за подбор, които се използват от одиторите. В резултат на изследването са изведени проблеми при приложението на извадковия подход и са предложени възможности за разширяване обхвата на одиторските процедури.
