Abstract

Въвеждането на нови високотехнологични процеси както в производствения, така и в управленския процес налага използването на нови форми за управление. В настоящата статия ще бъдат разгледани някои от съвременните форми за съвместен бизнес. Ще се разгледат информационният ресурс и непосредствената му връзка с неопределеността и риска, предимствата и недостатъците на този тип форми за управление.
