Митническото Разследване – Състояние, Проблеми И Перспективи

Abstract

С оглед на динамично променящата се среда, в която се налага да функционира митническата администрация, се утвърждава необходимостта от разбирането за изключителната роля и важност на високо ефективно митническо разследване. Факт е, че престъпленията и нарушенията против митническия режим, с които е призвано да се бори митническото разследване, са с извънредно високата степен на обществена опасност. Те засягат не само икономическата и социална безопасност на България и нейните граждани, но и безопасността на Европейския съюз като цяло, както и международните икономически взаимоотношения. В този контекст се изследва състоянието на митническото разследване както в рамките на ЕС, така и у нас, очертава се технологията на приложението му, извеждат се някои от проблемните му зони и се търсят резерви за повишаване на ефективността му.
