Abstract

Банковото дело в международен мащаб е непрекъснат процес на еволюция и усъвършенстване. Навлизането на новите информационни технологии в банковите институции оказва влияние върху дейността им както за намаляване на разходите по събирането, съхраняването, обработката и пренасянето на информацията за трансакциите, така и за налагането на алтернативни способи за достъп до банковите услуги, един от които е електронното банкиране. Непрекъснато увеличаващият се процент на потребителите, ползващи електронни банкови услуги, потвърждава огромния потенциал на дигиталните технологии в банковия сектор. Настоящото изследване представя резултатите от проучване на електронните услуги, предлагани от българските банки към юни 2011г.
