Abstract

ZusammenfassungOptimales Personalmanagement ist einer der Grundbausteine hervorragender Arbeit in Unternehmen. Dies gilt insbesondere in Dienstleistungsbetrieben, in denen das Personal direkten Kontakt zur Kundschaft hat. Entsprechend sensibel ist das Personalmanagement in der Tourismuswirtschaft. Die Qualität des Personals bestimmt maßgeblich den Erfolg in Touristikunternehmen wie exemplarisch der Hotellerie. Dieser Aufsatz ist auf entsprechende Besonderheiten gerichtet und zeigt entsprechende Zusammenhänge mit Blick auf die Tourismuswirtschaft auf. Trans-Abstract: AbstractOptimum human resources management is one of the basic elements of excellent work in companies. This holds especially true in service companies in which the staff directly interacts with their customers. Therefore attention has to be concentrated on human resources management in the tourist industry. The quality of staff significantly determines the success of tourist companies like for example in hotel business. This article focusses on specifics and reveals corresponding nexus in reference to the tourist business.
