Memorias economicas ineditas (1780–1808)

Abstract

El joven profesor Cardoso, del Instituto Superior de Economía de la Universidad Técnica de Lisboa, publica así bajo el patrocinio de la Academia de las Ciencias de Lisboa alguno de los textos manuscritos de carácter económico de la Biblioteca de esa institución. No es éste el primer tomo de memorias de la Academia que se imprime: de hecho ya habían aparecido cinco antes, pero hace mucho tiempo, en los años de 1788 a 1815, cuando la Academia desempeñaba el mismo papel de censura y fomento que la de la Historia en Madrid. Más de ciento setenta años después aparecen estas veintiuna memorias, publicación que supone una aportación notable a la historia de las doctrinas económicas de la Península Ibérica.
