La economía planificada: un apunte histórico

Abstract

Este trabajo expone, de forma abreviada y en perspectiva histórica, el trasfondo político-ideológico de la planificación económica llevada a cabo en la Rusia Soviética después de la revolución rusa de octubre de 1917. Al efecto se tiene en cuenta el Comunismo de Guerra, la Nueva Política Económica (NEP) y los trece Planes Quinquenales que se pusieron en marcha. A modo de conclusión y con alusión a la Planificación Indicativa, se contrapone el “Plan” al “Mercado” en lo tocante a la asignación de recursos.
