Régimen democrático en Colombia frente a tendencias económicas en Latinoamérica desde el año 2002: el caso de Venezuela y Brasil

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este escrito es analizar el régimen democrático y las tendencias económicas en Colombia con respecto a países de Latinoamérica en los últimos veinte años, lo que se realiza a través del estudio de tipo cualitativo, soportado en la revisión literaria consultada en las bases de datos Scopus, Scielo y Dialnet; para luego realizar el análisis documental. Estos procedimientos permiten detectar tres categorías: Democracia y comportamiento económico de los últimos veinte años en Colombia; Dinámicas económicas de Venezuela y Brasil y Relaciones comerciales de Colombia con los Estados Unidos. Como conclusiones se tiene que durante el periodo estudiado el mayor desafío que vivió Colombia fue la desinstitucionalización del sistema de partidos y los avances en materia económica frente a la comunidad internacional.
