Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze the ergonomic risk factor by video terminal, which often occurs in the teleworkers of a Call Center performing tasks and developing functions from home for the benefit of the company or company. For this, a bibliographic documentary study is carried out in which the places where the teleworkers fulfill their work functions are investigated and are exposed for one reason or another to risk factors that could become diseases either by repetitive movements or by postures outside of comfort angles in the workplace etc. In addition, it is important to mention that this type of work (teleworking) is being included more and more in the market thanks to the Information and Communication Technology and that therefore the people who have this form of employment must be trained periodically for the good use of them.
