Evaluación de estrategias de emprendimiento sostenible e innovación implementadas en las unidades productivas del SENA, Centro Industrial y Desarrollo Empresarial de Soacha-Cundinamarca-Colombia

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar evidencia de las estrategias que se implementaron a través del programa SENA Emprende Rural – SER del SENA Centro Industrial y Desarrollo Empresarial de Soacha, Cundinamarca para la incubación y fortalecimiento de emprendimientos de unidades productivas. Se definió un estudio cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo, no experimental, transeccional y de campo. Se disenó un cuestionario siguiendo la metodología Delphi, y se aplicó a una muestra de líderes emprendedores rurales Programa SENA Emprende Rural Centro Industrial y Desarrollo Empresarial de Soacha. Dicho cuestionario presenta ocho ítems, cuatro para la variable emprendimiento y cuatro para la variable innovación. Se encontró que las estrategias de aceleración implementadas por el SENA y los gobiernos locales han incidido positivamente en la percepción de innovación y crecimiento de los líderes de las unidades productivas estudiadas. Se concluye que la implementación de este tipo de estrategias públicas en el largo plazo impactarán positivamente en la sostenibilidad de empresas concebidas en zonas rurales que finalmente jalonan la creación de nuevos empleos y crecimiento económico en zonas rurales.
