Derechos humanos, perspectiva de género y discriminación en universitarios del área económico administrativa del Noroeste de México

Abstract

Las Instituciones de Educación Superior juegan un papel trascendental en la formación de alumnos, convertirlos en profesionistas transformadores del mundo en que vivimos. En el artículo se plantea determinar la percepción del respeto a los derechos humanos de los universitarios de México. Como resultado de la investigación, los alumnos consideran que existe un buen clima estudiantil; equidad de género y piensan que tienen las mismas oportunidades tanto hombres como mujeres. Finalmente a pesar de que las universidades trabajan en los derechos humanos falta mucho por hacer y es fundamental contar con una sociedad de principios y valores para de esta forma, crecer como seres humanos. Además se establece la alta relación que existe entra la perspectiva de género y la discriminación.
