Abstract

El trabajo aborda la evolución de las políticas neoliberales y la crisis que éstas han originado, produciendo situaciones de ingobernabilidad a partir del nacimiento y desarrollo de los nuevos movimientos sociales e indígenas. No obstante, su heterogeneidad estos movimientos sociales han generado cambios en diferentes naciones de América Latina, apoyando la aparición de gobiernos de corte nacionalista, populista o socialista que apuestan por el cambio y la integración de América.******This paper analyzes the evolution of neoliberal policies (in Latin America) and the crisis it has caused, including situations of ungovernability connected to the birth and development of new social and indigenous movements. In spite of their heterogeneity, these social movements have provoked changes in several Latin-American nations, that have led to nationalist, populist or socialist governments that seek change and the integration of America.
