Abstract

Resumen Este artículo busca presentar el estado actual del sector autopartes-automotor colombiano, identificando la composición de la cadena productiva de autopartes y el comportamiento histórico del sector en el país. A partir de la revisión de documentos públicos y estudios académicos se intenta establecer la relación que tiene el comportamiento productivo de este sector en la economía del país. ****** Abstract This article presents the current status of the automotive spare parts sector in Colombia, identifying the composition of the production chain and the historical performance of the sector in the country. Based on reviewing public documents and academic studies, it tries to identify the relation between the sector’s productive performance and the country´s economy.
