Aproximación a los conceptos de neoconstitucionalismo y derechos fundamentales

Abstract

Los dos primeros apartes de este trabajo proponen una aproximación al concepto de derechos fundamentales desde dos perspectivas: una metodológica, en que se intentan revelar los modelos epistemológicos que desde las ciencias sociales existen para abordar la problemática de los derechos fundamentales y, una histórica, en la que se intenta mostrar, sucintamente, los momentos más relevantes en la formación y desarrollo de éstos. El tercer aparte está asociado a los dos anteriores; en el se lleva a cabo un acercamiento, desde la perspectiva analítica, al concepto de neoconstitucionalismo.
